is really very unfortunate that even now our athiest scientists

home land of the Lord who has created this univers! India should be
the first country to believe and say that the God exist and everything
is from him only. But... the Maya has taken for them for a ride!

This is a blatant lie, often repeated by the
ignorant who happily wallow in their ignorance and want to drag as
many others in it as possible.
First of all, you couldn't
possibly find a fossil "turning into" anything. You will find an
unchanging, dead skeleton of a species at a particular stage in its
transformation into something else. What will tell you that it's a
stage in a transformation will be that it has some characteristics of
the species it descends from and some charateristics of a later
species that in turn descended from it.

of such transitional fossils between every large group of animals.

Mistake #3. Darwin's remarks about the improbability of the eye should
not be unknown to a competent darwinist. The fact that you called a
mediocre biologist to the stand proves nothing.
The fact that
Darwin himself didn't know as much about evolution as we do today -
though he pioneered the field - again proves nothing.

Only someone wilfully
ignorant, who actively refuses to even hear the explanations, can
still "wonder" today - rhetorically and propagandistically - how the
eye could have possibly evolved by natural selection.

Mistake #2. "If 'god' exists, it is beyond the grasp of our
senses."
Fine. Then all the theists should become agnostic and
stop talking about this "god" thing as existing, because they can't
possibly verify the existence of something beyond their capacity to
sense.

Mistake #1. In the absence of any obvious signs that this thing called
"god" exists, the burden of proving existence (or "prosecuting") rests
with the _theists_, not the _atheists_. Therefore, your propagandistic
"trial" is running backwards: the theist should be prosecuting, not
the atheists. The atheists should be defending the default position of
any human with functioning eyes: no "god" can be seen anywhere,
therefore it's sensible to assume one does not exist (until such time
as hard evidence for its existence is produced).
