Description

An art film made by "Georgio" showing a large group of hippies in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco on "Hippie Hill" in 1967. This was the time of "flower power" and anti-war protests. On this day, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and a few of his disciples attended and Srila Prabhupada lead kirtan (chanted Hare Krishna) all day. It is a truly amazing film showing the incredible power of the Hare Krishna maha mantra, even on the drug-crazed hippies of the 60's.
