Documentary film showing how Srila Prabhupada purchased the land for and constructed Hare Krishna Land at Juhu Beach, near Bombay (now called Mumbai).
The film is narrated by Giriraja Swami who was assisting Srila Prabhupada in developing the Hare Krishna Land project.
The film contains rare historical footage of Srila Prabhupada and his disciples preaching in Bombay.
We see a number of large Pandal programs in Bombay and also at Juhu Beach.
And we see Srila Prabhupada laying the foundation stone for the temple.
We see Krishna's hand working for Srila Prabhupada as he secures the beautiful huge plot of land by the beach at Juhu, which was then, in the 1970s, considered a remote fishing village, for only 14 lacs (1.4 million rupees) while the owner had an offer from a hotel developer for more than double this amount.
