In this edition you will learn how to prepare a huge rage of delightful authentic Indian traditional Drinks.

They are very simple to prepare but at the same time they are very exotic.

We begin with orange buttermilk smoothy, then aniseed milk with raisins and almonds, then traditional rose lassi, strawberry lassi, banana lassi, mango lassi, salted lassi, pistachio milk, saffron minted whey lemon nectar, ginger orange lemon and mint nectar and rose sherbert.

Lassis, traditional Indian yoghurt smoothy drinks, some salty, some sweet, are ideal for cooling the body in those warm summer months.

Yoghurt itself has a fine curd which permits it to be easily absorbed into the digestive system thus lassis made from yogurt are very light and very refreshing.
