A true Guru understands the love of Mother Yashoda and Saci Ma—the tender, protective, selfless care that embodies the highest dharma. Better still, these so-called Gurukuls should NEVER have been created at all. It was an offense in itself to place vulnerable children under the control of unqualified, newly converted sannyasis, some of whom had only recently come off drugs. A true Guru would have had the discernment and spiritual vision to recognise the lurking darkness in such men which should be obvious in Kali Yug, and never entrusted them with the sacred duty of guiding young souls.
In a court of law, if a Founder establishes a school and appoints an unqualified headmaster who goes on to rape and abuse children, the Founder himself is also held accountable. It is his responsibility to ensure the safety and protection of those entrusted to his care. It was Prabhupada who instructed parents to hand over their children to these Gurukuls—they had no choice - therefore, the burden of responsibility lies squarely on his shoulders.
This was not some minor oversight. This was grave, unforgivable negligence. Grave negligence is NOT how duty to Krsna is performed.
A true Guru is meant to be the living embodiment of Krsna’s compassion—a direct representative of His love, wisdom, and protection. Ask yourself: Would Krsna ever be so indifferent to the cries of helpless children in His care? Even if busy, would He not have heard those pitiful cries of children in His heart? Would He be so self-absorbed in the construction of His own temples, the installation of Deities, and the printing of books about Himself that He would become so far removed to the suffering of the most vulnerable in His care? The truth is that Prabhupad was not a representative of Krsna; he was an old religious man who was blinded by his own ambitions and those of Bhaktisidhanth (Bhaktisiddhant faked his own Diksha and was condemned by his own father as a demon).
The Krsna of the Bhagavatam, the Krsna of Vrindavan, is not a power-hungry tyrant obsessed with His own fame. He is the playful, loving child of Yashoda. He is the protector of the meek, the lifter of burdens, the comforter of hearts. No true representative of Krsna would ever prioritise bricks and mortar, statues, and publication empires over the living jivas who are themselves part and parcel of Krsna.
And yet, the version of Krsna that Prabhupada’s actions have projected into the world is cold, cruel, and transactional—more akin to the distant, punishing gods of Abrahamic traditions than the tender-hearted Gopala of Vrindavan.
This is the tragedy:
Children were surrendered in trust, placed in the care of a movement meant to embody divine love.
And they were abandoned in favour of an empire.
And what did this empire serve? Was it Krsna? Or was it the ambitions of men?
Prabhupada's sudden rise to fame in the West was not purely the work of divine will. It was facilitated, accelerated, and amplified by external demonic forces—most notably by Western intelligence agencies intent on redirecting the counterculture movement through controlled spiritual distractions. Operation “Archaic Revival” was not a theory. It was a strategy, with figures like Allen Ginsberg—known for his intelligence ties—and a member of a paedophile organisation “NAMBLA”. Even The Beatles, crafted through the Tavistock machine, were sent to India as part of this same operation. Their fame, their orchestrated hysteria, and their endorsement of movements like TM and ISKCON were never accidental.
The Krsna that ISKCON delivered to the world was not the sweet, mischievous cowherd of Vraj. It was a Krsna of cold institutions, of militarised devotion, of corporate ambition, of abuse and rape hushed up in the name of protecting the brand. A Krsna whose name became associated with lawsuits, scandals, and the broken bodies and psyches of children who were meant to be the movement’s future.
And look at Vrindavan today.
Once a sacred refuge where Siddhas performed deep, silent sadhana for the upliftment of the entire cosmos, Vrindavan has now been bulldozed into a garish theme park of competing temples and spiritual ego one-upmanship. Western intelligence agencies, CIA through Iskon, now have a stronghold in Vrindavan and are inadvertently destroying Sanatan Dharma.
The true Krsna doesn't live in marble palaces financed by spiritual empires. He lives in the heart of the Siddhas, in the dust of the footpaths trodden by those doing silent, tireless sadhana far from the glare of public adoration.
But thanks to Iskon, the Siddhas have left. Their space for deep practice has been swallowed by this circus. The purity that was once there is no longer to be found.
And who mourns for these Siddhas? Who speaks for the pain of those whose sadhana kept the subtle balance of the world intact? Certainly not the self-appointed gatekeepers of ISKCON, who have mistaken wealth, numbers, and fame for spiritual success.
This is the ultimate distortion:
A false Krsna was installed, and in doing so, the real Krsna was driven out.
And now, the whole world will pay the price.
Foreign powers / CIA have succeeded in desecrating the most sacred place in Bharat—Vrindavan itself. And just as in the days of the East India Company and the British Raj, the same force has returned, striking directly at the heart of Bharat: Sanatan Dharma—something they have long plotted and prepared for.
Back then, Indians assisted the British in the name of trade, modernity, and opportunity. Today, they assist in the name of Sanatan Dharma itself, building empires—this time under the banner of ISKCON.
Where the East India Company came with muskets and coins, ISKCON came with murtis and mass marketing. Both were backed by foreign powers; one sold the illusion of material prosperity, the other sells the 'illusion of spiritual progress'—while draining the very soul of Bharat.
And the most tragic part? Once again, it is Indians helping them do it. When will they ever learn?
Another uncomfortable truth is that Prabhupada never performed the sadhana of a realised Guru. He spent the majority of his life as a householder and as an employee of a pharmaceutical company—an industry universally recognised as one of the most corrupt and destructive in the world.
If his childhood training had been as extraordinary as claimed, he would never have married, nor taken up mundane employment—especially within such a notoriously corrupt industry. He would have remained a brahmachari, performing sadhana all his life and only then preached.
And here lies a glaring hypocrisy: Prabhupada gave young boys sanyaas and tried to lead them into a life of celibacy, encouraging them to sever ties with their families—yet he himself did none of this. Why didn’t he renounce his own father and mother and not marry and live a life of celibacy, collecting money on the streets to print books and build temples?
Just look at what Mahaprabhu commanded of the Six Goswamis. He didn’t send them to build empires, erect towering temples, or establish global movements. He sent them to the forests of Vrindavan to perform deep, lifelong sadhana. To live humbly (not drink out of gold straws as Prabhupad did).
Sadhana—self-purification and direct realisation of the Divine—is the unshakable backbone of a true Guru. Where genuine sadhana is present, there is no space for negligence, empire-building, or ambition.
In fact, Mahaprabhu was explicitly against empire-building. His mission was one of humility, of deep inner work, of dissolving the ego—not inflating it through global branding, endless temple construction, and the mass production of books glorifying oneself as the sole representative of Krsna and Mahaprabhu—while having done very little sadhana at all.
This is the ultimate distortion: A false Krsna was installed worldwide, and in doing so, the real Krsna was driven out. And now, Krsna's name is dragged through the mud.
Now, a documentary called "Monkey on A Stick" is on Amazon Prime in the USA, based on a book called the same, which reveals how Prabhupad accepted drug smuggling money for temple building and book printing. He made Krsna so cheap - all just to fulfil his and his bhaktisiddhanths' mission of ambition and glory.
When doing service for Krsna, it should be meticulous on every front. Negligence to child abuse, accepting drug smuggling money, theft money, sending women for prostitution is not the dharmic way to serve Krsna - and Krsna will never accept it - only a demon would - a demon in the disguise of Krsna and sanathan dharma.
It’s often said that it’s easier to con someone than to convince them they’ve been conned. This is exactly the trap so many find themselves in. But if you have the courage to acknowledge the failings of Prabhupada, then you are already one step closer to truth—and therefore closer to Krsna.
And in that surrender to truth, you will discover a level of prayer and longing so pure, so deep, that it will draw Krsna to you with unimaginable speed.
Because Krsna responds to sincerity, not to institutional loyalty.
@zoricamastrovic3914 They will be going to hell, not Krsna. But glad you got the point.

If children are not your priority, then you do not understand the love of Krsna or the love of Yashoda or the love of Saci Ma, nor do you understand the Gurukuli system; therefore, do not create them!
Krsna does not need temples and books to be printed by drug-smuggling money or by sending innocent women into prostitution.
If you think Krsna is so weak that He needs people to stoop to crime to propagate His name, then you are very far away from Krsna and closer to demons.
Quality over quantity. Krsna prefers one tear or a banana skin then elaborate temples made off the backs of raped children, women and crime.
Read "Monkey on A Stick" to see how much drug-smuggling money that rascal prabhpad accepted for printing books and making temples. Anyway, all of America pretty much knows the truth, and those who don't can watch the documentary of "Monkey On A Stick" which is on Amazon Prime USA now. Like usual, Indians will be the last to figure it all out.

This is what all his neathendral 'so-called training' amounted to:
1) Accepting money from organised DRUG crime and prostitution to build temples and print books.
2) To become BLIND and DEAF to all the cries of the innocent children who were being raped, sodmised and abused around him.
This is the kind of bhaki that was taught to him at the end of the day .

Prabhupada was indeed a product of Kaliyuga's fake Guru - that's why his ashrams and temples bred child sodomy.
Prabhupad might have started off as an ascetic....but he became corrupt as he entered the west and thus started accepting money from drug deals and other kinds of smuggling to build temples. Wearing gold watches and drinking out of gold straws, separating young children from their mothers for the sake of money and making homosexual/paedophile sanyasis is not the hallmark of a wise ascetic but of a blind megalomaniac. This tunnel vision is the karma coming to bite Prabhupad back. Rightly so and about time.
If he did not have enough time - he should not have bitten off more than he could chew. Mahaprabhu was against the manic making of temples and Maths. Sadhana came first - that was the PRIORITY.
Then you build from the RIGHT place. You do not employ corrupt young homosexuals and paedophiles to do your bidding and then claim innocence. There is a reason why sadhana and self-realisation comes first! Yikes Prabhupad even claimed the biggest paedophile Bhaktipada - a perfect devotee and that his Gurukul was the best!
There was no reason to make so many temple ashrams, he could have just opened one or two and made satellite centers elsewhere. In spiritual life, you do things slowly and properly - you do not cut corners and as Prabhupad cut SO many corners and utilized very little discrimination in the most IMPORTANT matters - then he is totally responsible.
I have no reason to believe his story of heart attacks on the ship over to the USA either. When someone can accept bloody money repeatedly gotten by drug smuggling and thieving and be so stupid to separate young children from their mothers so that mothers can collect money on the streets and put the children into the care of unqualified/unvetted people which is precisely why the Gurukuls drew paedophiles to work within them, I have no reason to believe his sob story of heart attacks on the way over. Such a man is not trustworthy in my eyes as he is not grounded in reality. They could well have just been anxiety attacks or a ploy to evoke sympathy for an old man.. Prabhupad had seen the blood shed of the Gaudiya Math after the demise of Bhaktisidhhanth - yet kept it a secret for as long as he could. The man was not straightforward. Prabhupad had an agenda - and it was largely for his own name and fame. If you are content in worshipping a person with such little morals and continue to fudge his responsibility in the matter then that is your dumb prerogative.
If you believe that Krsna would reside in temples built by drug-smuggled money on the backs of the misery of brutally sodomised children, to the extent that many children have been raped infront of these deities and even murdered - then I will simply say you do not understand the purity of Sri Krsna, nor Srimathi Radharani, nor Mahaprabhu, and nor a real Guru. It is not so easy to build a temple to Sri Radha and Krsna.
The minute Prabhupad started to accept drug smuggling money and gave sanyas to homosexuals/pedophiles within a year or two of knowing them - he opened the doors to the devil and many rakshasas. There was no need to make sanyasis of them and give them such power.
It's about time Prabhupad is held accountable for his immoral actions which were a recipe for disaster! Any unbiased intelligent child could tell you the same. A Guru is always responsible for his work and decisions and he will take the blame where others will not. That's what stands them apart from mortal men. They do not shirk from responsibility nor do they pass the butt. If Prabhupad was half a man and alive- he would own up to his own mistakes. He IS responsible.
If a founding doctor put fake unqualified doctors in charge of his hospital - he would be totally responsible.
Sri Radha and Krsna are not so powerless that they need donations from drug smuggling to build their temples, nor do they need unqualified homosexuals/paedophiles to do their naam prachar. If Prabhupad or you think that Sri Radha and Krsna are so incapable and that The Lord of all Universes has to stoop to such low means to get publicity and get their message across - then dream on. But I hope you come back to your senses one day.
The testimonies are very moving and the horrific facts frightening. Is there at least a non-exhaustive list of those criminals who have committed these inexcusable acts?
These children were the collateral damage of a policy led by immature and brainwashed people.
Certainly like many who follow the Vaishnava teachings introduced in the West by Prabhupada, I experience a deep sense of shame and loathing.
We cannot rule out the fact that Prabhupada, preoccupied by the expansion of Iskcon in the world, did not see or know how to see this dramatic deviation.
Even today, this dark history of the early days of ISKCON should be shown and debated in all centers around the world, in order to warn future generations!
@evrosplainer88 But he never put any stringent CHECKS in place for the protection of those children and left them to be cared for by unqualified people, ripping them away from their parents whilst he was alive and put criminals in charge as sanyasis, saying they were great devotees. His NEGLIGENCE set those kids up. He was blind and foolish - it was a recipe for disaster OBVIOUSLY.
If you set up a residential organisation which involves kids - the onus of their adequate protection is on you. Prabhupad visited New Vrindavan, whilst the abuses were going on and never sensed or intuited a problem?? Then said it was a great Gurukul? He was not only intuitively dense but obviously far from being self-realised nor could he see into the evil hearts of those men who he made into sanyasis, with no gun to his head. A real Guru would have preferred death.
When kids are involved he should have taken greater care of their well being than anything else! They should ahve been the top most priority
People come first and kids before anything else. Or else don't set up residential centres/ ashrams if you lack the trained and certified man power or funds for the well being of kids under your jurisdiction. That's running an organisation 101.
Also he did know and was upset, and removed one or two people yet did nothing to help those kids heal or prevent further abuse. The only thing that mattered to him was the REPUTATION of the organisation because the exponetial growth of that organisation depended on THAT reputation.
So the fact Iskcon was being run by criminals using criminal activites to raise funds and child and women abusing was simply a minor concern for him. Once he knew, he could have contacted the Police and Govt authorities and said NOT IN MY NAME and closed it all down. Instead this abuse continues till date.
If Iskcon had closed down, Krsna could have sent subsquent devotees to try again and again until the perfect disciples had incarnated too to start a perfect organisation. Krsna too would have been saved from such a bad name.

1) Accepting money from organised DRUG crime and prostitution to build temples and print books.
2) To become BLIND and DEAF to all the cries of the innocent children who were being raped, sodmised and abused around him.
This is the kind of bhaki that was taught to him at the end of the day .
A true Guru understands the love of Mother Yashoda and Saci Ma—the tender, protective, selfless care that embodies the highest dharma.
Jai Sri Radhey Shyam.
A true Guru understands the love of Mother Yashoda and Saci Ma—the tender, protective, selfless care that embodies the highest dharma. Better still, these so-called Gurukuls should NEVER have been created at all.
