Both of these Vaishnavas, Bhakti Tirtha Swami and Garuda Prabhu, are very great devotees in their own right. Bhakti Tirtha Swami is an extraordinary personality who made tremendous contributions to spreading Krishna Consciousness in different parts of the world. I use the present tense because although he has passed away from our material vision, he is certainly still living and serving Prabhupada and Krishna somewhere. Garuda Prabhu, who is still physically present in this world, is shown in this video from many years ago and has gone on to become one of the greatest scholars among the followers of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hare Krishna. I had the good fortune to see HH Bhakti Tirtha Swami many times in person especially in the late 1970s and early 1980s in the Washington DC area. And in answer to your question, I can say that by seeing the part of his face that is visible and by hearing his very familiar voice, that is definitely him. 🙏🏼
