हम खुद में ब्रह्मांड को जान सकते हैं, बस जरूरत है मिलाने की, योग की।
कर्म नहीं कर्म योग करो i.e ईश्वर या गुरु को समर्पित करते हुए कर्म करो।
पूजा नहीं, भक्ति योग करो i.e. ईश्वर या गुरु से कुछ मांगना नहीं हो, उनको तरसाओ कि वो तुम्हें गोद में बिठा के पूछते रहें कि बताओ तुम्हें क्या चाहिए और तुम सिर्फ उनकी भक्ति मे डूबे रहो।
We can know the universe within ourselves, we just need to unite.
Do Karma Yog, not just Karma i.e. do the work while dedicating it to God/Guru.
Do Bhakti Yog, Not just worship, i.e.You should not ask for anything from God. Just remain immersed in their devotion and let them keep asking you to tell them what you want.

If they say it is taught there then i doubt what they have learned is half . And hindu religion doesn't demonize other cultures like the other Abrehamic religionThat's what I thought... They would have never said that. Hinduism who especially follow kirtan way never consider the world as evil rather they consider it as a ray of hope.
