ISKCON isn't going to show how utterly filthy and crowded and loud Vrindavan actually is today. With the exception of some temple grounds and the ISKCON owned properties, Vrindavan is a slum overrun with sewage and garbage literally everywhere; and the Yamuna river is horribly polluted. Poor people get sick constantly due to the conditions of the city. It's a shame, because Vrindavan is sacred ground where Lord Krishna spent his childhood. ISKCON needs to be more honest in its presentations of Indian life. Jai Sri Radhe. In summary, this video is complete bullshit in terms of how your average Vrindavan resident lives.

@SneedEnjoyer I mean, I have been going on and off to ISKCON Houston and Gaudiya Math for years and years now and no one has ever pressured me to do anything, so that’s an interesting way for a “cult” to operate where the people there 24/7 don’t seem to give a shit besides liking you.
