I'm not initiate, nor know all the ritvik history, etc, so from this place l think this, if just for some; you want to chant, chant, you want to share, share carefully knowledge, prasad, friendship, whatever good grace you can. You go home or to friends' homes and do nice things and talk of God and each other wisely and worship, chant, dance, read together, listen to recordings, discuss, and not judge who is most spiritual or boss guru among friends, but instead help one another in love, hosting practices. This is how you belong in relationships.

Organization and order of business is different. That's jobs.
