Quiero mostrarte que el yoga y la espiritualidad no están separados entre sí, ni alejados de tu vida cotidiana.
Practico Bhakti Yoga (Gaudiya Vaisnavismo – Hare Krishna) y Ashtanga Yoga desde hace muchos años. Con el tiempo comprendí que estos caminos no compiten: se revelan mutuamente y, en esencia, apuntan a lo mismo.
En este canal vas a encontrar reflexión, práctica, crítica honesta y también humor. Porque la espiritualidad no necesita solemnidad artificial ni obediencia ciega para ser profunda. Solo necesita que te des la oportunidad de ver, escuchar y pensar por vos mismo.
