That is what the real teaching is have the power to be the most violent, but still be able to control it. This body is not real! So why you are sad about loosing it? Why you fear when a dagger is put into through your chest? The soul is unimaginably minuscule, it can’t get hurt, cut,burnt,etc. your real self is in your soul, you will leave this body and get another one. So why you fear of death? Why you fear violence? Why you fear getting killed? This body at the end will turn back into dust , from where it was originally made, no matter how hard you try, and you will get a new one! Don’t fear, violence can only be overcome by violence.
