what kind of a guru sits on a pedestal like that which indicates ego and shows i am bigger than you preaches to people to let go of emotions, lust, etc. These fake gurus ruin the teachings of God. Just think of it if you need something you go out to search for it and if someone goes around telling you, listen you need this x thing in your life that is a business. Real gurus are not found teaching and preaching in universities and hall rooms
