Interpretation is required when things are not clear. In July 9th letter initiation related description is clear that Srila Prabhupada wants to establish ritvik system of initiation when prabhupada was preset physically and after his departure as well. Otherwise he would have clearly mentioned name who would initiate after his departure.
u r interpreting. he has already given so many orders about him wanting his disciples to be guru. there is however no clear ritvik order u abhrahamic people
