HG Vishnujana is also great devotee of Lord Krishna and his devotion shows how much he was devoted to follow the path. Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita stated that from Him comes remembrance , knowledge so whatever happened was knew by Lord. HG Vishnujana knew the entire life of Lord Chaitanya and He knew what happened to the Sanyasi that disobeyed the orders of Lord Chaitanya and ended his life. Even to that Sanyasi Lord Chaitanya was so merciful and still gave his association to him. So from this we can understand the Devotee is always above the laws of material nature. Only to the Karmis these laws will act. So even though Vishnujana did this He was following Lord Chaitanya and therefore even if he didn't listen full answer given by Srila Prabhupada , He is sure to be in Godhead. I'm saying this by the evidences of mercy given by Lord Chaitanya. Without the mercy of Lord Krishna even a grass won't move plus he lives in our hearts as Paramatman. He knew how much HG Vishnujana was devoted to Srila Prabhupada and Lord himself. He knew the wonderful works done by Vishnujana. Simply by one act he won't be rejected plus He was following the order of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. From materialistic point of view it would sound like an act of karmi. To those who are in Ignorance they will think only in terms of bodily concept of life. But a devotee is always beyond these all like Lord Brahma. In scriptures it is said even though devotees sometimes looks like seemingly fell down they are like fires and sin cannot touch them. HG Vishnujana had all the mercy of HDG Srila Prabhupada and Lord Krishna even in the point of his final moments. Now there's no reason for you to speak bad about a great personality like HDG Srila Prabhupada because he was stating the events happened in Lord Chaitanya's life who was predicted in scriptures 5000 years ago.
