@kumararuny I see you've never read the BG. Bhakti yoga has nothing to do with secular religion. Here is a review from a very well known person: "I am most impressed with A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupadaโs scholarly and authoritative edition of Bhagavad-gita. It is a most valuable work for the scholar as well as the layman and is of great utility as a reference book as well as a textbook. I promptly recommend this edition to my students. It is a beautifully done book.โ

@kumararuny I have been practicing Bhakti-Yoga for over 20 years and am very happy with it. Brainwashing is what you told her to part with her spiritual life. Family is temporary, but relationship with God is eternal.

this is nonsense. the Bhagavad Gita was spoken by Shri Krishna who declared that He is Almighty God and that only through bhakti (loving, serving devotion to the Supreme Lord) can one attain salvation. So there is the almighty God and the livingbeings subordinate to him. Other so-called "translations" explain that all living beings are God and they just forgot it. (What kind of God is that, who forgets that he is God?) So in these pseudo-translations one denies that God is a person and interprets a philosophy of atheism. In the "Bhagavad Gita As It Is" of the Hare Krishna movement, every single Sanskrit word is translated, this book is also accepted in universities for Sanskrit study. It is therefore a scientific translation without interpretation. Hare Krishna ๐
