Thats all in need to know that these so called self appointed gurus are false. They are the cause of hundreds of disciples/godbrothers/sisters who left or were driven out.
If Prabhupada's assets, his disciples were kept together, can you imagine how Mahaprabhu's movement would have grown.
This false guru issue is the only cause of Iskcon's problems
Srila Prabhupad was about to wrap up his pastimes and thus he became ill due to old age. Thus travelling became difficult. Bust since Srila Prabhupad was physically present in the world, his disciples could not make disciples of themselves. At that time, His Dive grace was receiving many many requests and letters for initiation (as confirmed by HH Tamal Krishna Maharaj). SO FOR CONDUCTING INITAITION DURING THOSE DAYS AND CIRCUMSTANCES PRABHUPAD ESTABLISHED RITVIK SYSTEM. ONLY FOR THOSE DAYS. This has been done previously by many acharyas (Example: Bhaktivinod Thakur once sent BSST on his behalf to attend a spiritual fuction and take his place and authority as Bhaktivinod Thakur was himself not very well for some time. Does that mean all of BSST's disciples are bhakti vinod thakur's disciples?) Notice the letter does not even mention the time when Srila Prabhupad will not be physically present in the world. In fact, later he mentions in a conversation that he wants his disciples to become Gurus and make disciples who will be his (prabhupad's) GRAND DISCIPLES. HE USED THIS WORD "GRAND-DISCIPLES"
Sure become guru with disciples BUT first be Qualified.
These unqualified gurus have created havoc to Lord Chaitanya's Movement.
