He speaks of the stages and quality of chanting Hare Krishna and the benefits of simple life.

We are introducing this process to become directly pure devotee.
Devotees pure and impure? Yes.
Devotees still contaminated by the 3 modes of material nature, impure devotees."
In this age we have a very short duration of life.
so we need to practice the direct process.
Lord Caitnaya Mahaprabhu has instructed that we practice the direct process.
Krishna sankirtan, it will give you life.
You must avoid the ten kinds of offenses then the pure name will be manifest.
Then you try and chant more and more and more, this is the effect.
Actually we want peace and prosperity .
Krishna is full of peace and prosperity and why we should not be peaceful and prosperous.
This is the material contamination, unnecessary desires for sense gratification and lust.
In the material world the highest pleasure is sex.
Everyone, they're all after sex.
That is the first-class happiness in the material world but if you engage your mind in Krishna then the more and more you practice Krishna consciousness you will forget this sex life.
If you remain in sattva guna, the mode of goodness then your heart will not be peirced by the arrows of cupid.
