Shifu Chris has been doing martial arts since his early teens. He has earned several black belts and teacher certificates. He spent thirteen years living and training in China, several of those in the Mountains of Songshan Shaolin as a foreign disciple. He has written over forty articles for well-known Kung Fu websites and magazines.
