  • Even the television test patterns in Australia in the 1980s were accompanied with the chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra. In those days TV was not broadcast 24 hours a day, so when there was no program they would broadcast a test pattern, accompanied by the chanting of Hare Krishna.

        Peter Smith 3 years agoThis was entertainment back in the 1970s and 1980s and if you lived in regional cities such as Wagga Wagga NSW you only had a choice of two channels to watch!!
