A devotee starts playing kartals too fast and Prabhupada stops the kirtan and admonishes him saying he should follow the singer, not try to get the singer to follow him.
The Kirtan continues, this time with Srila Prabhupada himself playing the kartals beautifully.
It turns out to be a fabulous lesson on how to play Kartals.
Make sure you watch to the end because after Prabhupada's class there is another kirtan, as is Prabhupada's system, he calls it the "transcendental sandwich", kirtan-class-kirtan.
So in the second kirtan also Prabhupada stops a devotee who was playing kartals badly and we get another lesson from Srila Prabhupada on beautiful sounding kartal playing.
