  • Swiss Television produce a documentary on the Zurich Hare Krishna temple in 1991. It is very well produced. While showing a comprehensive overview of the day to day temple life of the devotees it focuses on three specific devotees and studies their reasons for joining the Hare Krishna movement and tries to understand their experiences, motivations, feelings and the benefit they get from their participation in the Hare Krishna Movement. It is in Swiss German but with English subtitles.

This was not always the case when public broadcasting networks were reporting in the old days.

I remember when the WDR( westdeutscher Rundfunk) made a show about the Cologne temple.

They basically fooled around and made fun over the Devotees.

We welcomed them in a friendly manner, but they choosed betrayal instead.

So you are always happy if there are friendly and nice reports.ЁЯШК

At least they chanted Hare Krishna, though jokingly ЁЯдк
