I thought of an analogy, where a crippled person with a caliper on their leg is limping very badly down the road. However, media propaganda makes everyone think that this cripple is beautiful. Its similar to the iPhone Air illusion, where they all fail to see the massive, ugly camera bump that is far thicker than the hallowed "less than 5mm" thickness of the greater part of the body of said phone. You put it to rest on a table and the incline is so great you could use it as a launching ramp. Again, same analogy applied to the Moon landings, they all fail to see the glaring anomalies, simple questions like lack of stars, massive temperature gradients for prolonged periods, what to speak of 1000 other things; they refuse to answer these questions for the same reason Armstrong refused to swear on a bible that he went to the Moon.
