In the peak of summer 2005 deep within the Monongahela National Forest 20,000 people dance, celebrate and pray. Hare Krishna devotees join together to form Krishna Camp. Welcome Home! The Rainbow Gathering.

Angel S (Angel) 2 years agoI went to rainbow in 2008 wyoming. I had a cookie at krishna camp that was absolutely wonderful. I've tried to find out what it was for years. Lol it's why i was here. I'd love to know what the Krishna Cookies were.

soulrebel777 4 years agoIts sad people with Political and religious agendas keep coming to the gatherings..There only there to get more devotees/follows ..Ive heard MANY horrific stories from young girls that went to the West Virginia Krishna compound..These are not good people...Rainbow has NO POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS AFFILIATIONS....

- Krishna Tube 4 years agoHmm. I hope so? I wonder if there are any devotees in the US who could organize it and go there these days? In the festival shown in this video they had Bhakta Eli, who very enthusiastically and energetically organized it around distributing Prasadam. So it needs an organizer like this. And the other factor is at that time there was Manu who was organizing the Kulis bus tour and he was able to bring 2 busses packed with 80 young Hare Krishna's to the festival. As far as I know Manu, Eli and the Kulis are all offline now...
  
  But this years festival in Colorado during the month of July is a special one. 50th anniversary of Rainbow Gatherings. So there should be Hare Krishna's there...
